Our cat, Sam, loves warm weather. From the first day of Spring until the first snowflakes begin to fall, he spends most of his days outside. He comes to the door and begs us to come outside to follow butterflies, go for walks, or simply sit in the sun with him.

Infusion

Monday Jul 25th, 2016

This past week, I took my father to our local “Infusion Center” so that he could get a blood transfusion. Prior to the procedure, he was tired and irritable, lacked an appetite, and could not focus easily on conversations. The process took over five hours. The nurses remarked on the positive change in his color as the process continued. We were sent off with the hope that, within a day, two days, or a week, this “infusion” would make him feel better.
