When coaching our clients, I have them make a list titled "Areas for Improvement" and we are VERY careful not to label them as "weaknesses." These are the things that hold us back from making progress, initiate those negative voices in our heads that make us feel terrible, or items that you never seem to get to in a day. Well, let’s take care of at least three of them this week! Ready?
