A subject that we address in some of our presentations is "environmental psychology."
Simply put, "environmental psychology" is how your surroundings affect mood, behavior, thinking, and communication.
We often begin the New Year creating a list of goals. Some of us may even break these goals down into monthly and quarterly objectives. We rely on this practice because we know that it’s the daily, sustained focus that drives our accomplishments.
Most New Year's resolutions are proactive in nature.
We resolve to start exercising, spend more time with family, or lose weight - perhaps you followed my advice from a few weeks ago and created a comprehensive roadmap to success in 2017 (if so, I'm really proud of you and fully support your efforts!).
